Snow from back in February

When it snowed enough to play in, we went with the Jones Family up to campus to slide down one of the only hills in Greenville!!!

"Peep" show...

I know this is crazy right before we have a baby, but we have added 4 more little lives to our household. When we ordered them we didn't know when they would arrive. Welcome little chicks!!!

Michaela chose a Golden Penciled Hamburg, and named her LeNoma.

Aaron has an Aracana, and her name is Sarah.

Jarom has a Rhode Island Red and named her Rosie.

Tyler has a Barred Rock, and after much debate has switched from "Dark" Vader to Gracie. Good choice, don't you think?!!

Updates to the house

Michaela is not a "pink" girl. She is a "blue and green" girl. So she has chosen a shade of really light mint green to cover her walls with. It is so light you cannot tell from this picture. Maybe when all is said and done it will show up better on a camera.
When the carpet installers came last week we were all horrified to find that the old carpet was "sticky back" carpet. Let me just say this: it comes out in threads.

Pictures of my new house

The front. Yard needs lots of work.

The office. I can't wait to get shelves in here so I can unpack all my books piled up there to the right. The other boxes go up in the bonus room THIS WEEKEND after the carpet is put in Wednesday. Yay!!!

The living room with our old yucky furniture. That will change soon also!

This is the kid's bathroom - full of character. My walk-in pantry, twice as big as you see here. Hallelujah!!! Too bad I can't keep it full of food with these hungry children of mine!!!

This is the kitchen as seen from the dining room.

This is the first half of my bathroom. Jacuzzi tub and DVD player that I haven't used yet. Too hot.

This is the other part of my bathroom. The only part that is not tiled is the ceiling. The shower is completely tile, right behind the wall the toilet is on.
This is the outdoor kitchen area in front of the pool house.
This is the covered area right up by the house. Haven't bought nice patio furniture yet.

This is the eating area which is currently serving as my garden.

The deep end of the pool. Damon worked really hard to get the pool from dark green to crystal clear.
